I specialize in working with people on pregnancy/postpartum struggles, eating disorders, body image, relationships with food, and growing into parenthood. In addition to therapeutic skills, I use my knowledge as a certified yoga instructor to talk about how health takes on many forms. Therapy is the opportunity to talk freely, without judgement, to someone who is ready to listen & help you unpack your struggles. Our time together will always be at your pace, following your lead.
