I prioritize helping my clients find the strength and resilience needed to get through what life brings to the table. I use multiple therapeutic approaches with each client and tailor therapy to your individual needs. As a trauma therapist specifically, I take great pride in building a strong therapeutic relationship with the clients I see, as I believe that is the foundation of effective therapy.
