Hi there, I'm Brittany! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about working with women and the maternal health population. I have a person centered approach which allows me to collaborate with the client as a member of their team on their pursuit to optimal wellness. I use different theoretical approaches based on the client’s needs. The most common approach that I tend to use is the psychodynamic approach. This approach helps me to understand the client’s background as I also use other forms of therapy such as cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and motivational interviewing.
