Welcome! I'm proud of you for being here. If you're ready to stop living in survival mode and start healing your mind and body, you've come to the right place! I provide therapy as an LMSW and bring systems theory and an anti-oppressive and social justice lens to my practice. Many clients come to therapy to work on skills to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide psycho-education on interpersonal and systemic trauma and have experience as an advocate, facilitator, and mental health provider in domestic violence crisis and dual diagnosis rehab facilities.
