I am intentional about creating a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where clients can come as they are. I believe authenticity, on both sides of the therapeutic relationship, is essential to meaningful progress and overall wellness. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and thrive. I am passionate about working with youth/young adults (10-22) and helping them potentially change their trajectory in life by navigating their struggles alongside them.
