I believe that every person can benefit from the support of a trusted helper. As we move through life and experience transitions, challenges and struggles, a person with tools, perspective, and confidence is well-equipped to move forward and to heal. While we cannot change what has happened to us, I believe in healing, growth and resilience. My clients present with a broad range of challenges and are ready to walk alongside a supportive therapist as they make changes in their lives, develop important skills and work towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
