Hi friend. Are you struggling today? It could be exhaustion from the last couple years, anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, or a combination. I help teens and adults who are struggling with the feelings that come with life stressors and transitions. We work together to create a more fulfilling and balanced life. My goal is to come along side you as we work through these feelings and struggles. I'm offering telehealth sessions and walk & talk sessions if you are local to the Ashland area. I am a therapist who struggles with ADHD and enjoy working with clients who are also looking for support in this area.
