I've always wanted to help those who need it, and I'm lucky enough to be able to do that every single day. I, myself, have had significant life challenges and know what it's like to be shocked and scared by the enormity of it all. I devote my practice to helping those who have questions about their lives and say things like, “I should have my life together by now," "I won’t amount to anything," "I can’t get myself to do anything,” "I'm not a good parent/spouse/friend." My goal is to help people tackle their worst-case scenario thoughts so they aren't taking up so much space.
