Life is life-ing, and taking a chance on letting another person support you can feel overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve dealt with past letdowns or inconsistencies time and time again, and yet, here you are showing up for yourself and/or your relationship. I do not take lightly being rooted in your story. As someone who holds multiple marginalized identities; Black, Female, Queer, I recognize the benefits when our voices, experiences and nuances are given a space to be nurtured. I welcome all parts of you that will sit on the couch with us. Even the part exhausted still fighting to protect you, because that's all it knows. I work with clients processing stress from yesteryear’s to current day issues. My specialties have aligned me to support concerns such as; Black mental health, LGBTQIA+ support, sex therapy, sexual wellness, relational therapy, nontraditional non-monogamous relationships, new & expecting parents, family of origin trauma, race-based trauma, anxiety, and more.
