The elephant in the room is that it’s still feels taboo to share our feelings and experiences. Sitting in a room with a stranger and talking about the intimate details of your life probably feels even more taboo. I understand the stress that may come along with seeking help, but no matter what life may bring I am here to listen and provide guidance in whatever way I can. I believe in the importance of building a strong relationship with each client in efforts to form trust, gain self-awareness, and ultimately create positive change. I strive to collaborate with my clients as every person is individually unique.
