Hi! I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from California Baptist University & have been practicing for 11 years. I help adolescents, adults, couples, & families to work through mental & emotional challenges they are experiencing to help them grow & glow into the best versions of themselves. In your initial session, which I call "the vibe check", we will explore what brings you to therapy discussing current symptoms, history, & future goals. Together we will decide which modality we'd like to work from & create a game plan for moving forward together towards healing. I believe my greatest strength is my unorthodox approach to therapy. I always say if you're expecting for our time together to look like what you may have seen on tv & movies
