As a trilingual clinician, I always meet clients where they are in their lives. It is hard to pick just one ideal client as I feel we can learn from everyone. Therapy is a place where we have to meet one another and see if we are a good match. Finding a therapist that you connect with is the most important step in committing to working on yourself. I enjoy guiding those who need help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and all of the things in between and beyond.
