Life is full of overwhelming experiences, both past and present that impact our day to day functioning. Perhaps you are feeling lonely, hopeless, anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed. Maybe you are finding that past experiences are causing disruptions in your present life. Know that you do not have to go through this on your own. My goal is to create a supportive relationship where you can share your struggles without feeling judged. I aim to provide a space for you to learn skills, grieve losses, heal traumas, learn to cope with anxieties, overcome depression, and develop a more secure relationship with yourself and others.
