It is never too late to move in a different direction, to redirect negative thinking, change behaviors, and to empower oneself to overcome suffering and move into a better present. My approach is a holistic therapeutic approach, which involves understanding the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. By healing developmental trauma and negative cognitive beliefs, along with understanding and accepting your present self; the path opens for you to become your authentic self.
