I work with adults 18 and up, supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, executive functioning and time-management challenges, boundaries, and impulse control. With experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, my approach is grounded, flexible, and focused on meeting you where you are while helping you create real, sustainable change.
