I believe that everyone is capable of living their happiest and most fulfilling life given the right tools. Hi, I'm Brooke! I am an associate MFT whose goal is to help you achieve this by teaching you valuable coping mechanisms, uncovering thought patterns, and rewriting unhelpful narratives into more positive ones. With a background in theatre, I hope to bring creativity and fun into my sessions. While therapy is a place to discuss serious topics, it can also be a place for laughter and discovering new parts of yourself.
