I help clients struggling with relationship challenges, family issues, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. My clients may be looking for support with handling relationship difficulties, getting clearer boundaries in a relationship, and knowing ways to communicate more effectively. They may want to get to know their internal "family" and offer healing to parts that have been carrying burdens. Sometimes my clients are looking for help with anxiety or want to feel more regulated. Overall, they want to feel better and have more inner peace and calm.
