During my graduate studies, I focused on working with children, adolescents, and families, developing expertise in play therapy and filial therapy. I have experience navigating complex family dynamics and use various therapeutic models to support emotional well-being and strengthen relationships. Since joining Andrews & Associates, I have specialized in trauma-focused therapy, particularly working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma. As a trauma-informed therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
