Are you struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, or depression? I am a Licensed Social Worker, and I have spent the majority of my career at Shepard Pratt Center for Eating Disorders at the Inpatient level of care conducting individual, family, and group therapy with both adolescents and adults. I am trained in a variety of evidence based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
