I’m currently accepting clients for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and telehealth. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, small trauma, or life transitions who want to feel more grounded, capable, and understood. Many of my clients are seeking a safe space where they can show up exactly as they are to gain emotional clarity and practical tools. I offer evidence-based, supportive care to help you reach your goals. Therapy should feel safe, empowering, and truly heard—and I’m here to guide you through the chaos with compassion and skill. I'm a PCIT-certified therapist with 10+ years of experience helping children, teens, and adults. I am trained by Jacqui Lauko using the Icarus model for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy which is an intensive one one one model. I provide telehealth therapy in Oregon and Arizona, making it easier to get support.
