Hi, I am a licensed counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University. I specialize in working with people struggling with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health disorders who seek out counseling as a way to understand and cope with their feelings and behaviors. My greatest strength lies in my person-centered approach—truly seeing and honoring each individual as the expert of their own experience. I believe healing happens when clients feel deeply heard, respected, and accepted without judgment.
