You are individual and unique and I tailor each session to meet your needs. My specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Grief, Self Esteem, Trauma, and mood related disorders. Depending on your needs I utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help teach you skills to help cope with your mental health symptoms.
