Currently Not Accepting New Clients - Everyone carries a story, and some chapters take immense courage to face. I support clients living with complex trauma and dissociation, anxiety, personality disorders in understanding how past experiences still echo today. Therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to be a steady, compassionate guide. Together we create safety, curiosity, and connection with all parts of self. My approach is direct yet deeply compassionate, grounded in warmth, authenticity, and trust. Landing here might feel uncertain, but it’s a brave first step toward wholeness and healing. I utilize methods of treatment through attachment theory, and hues of dialectical, narrative, IFS-informed & schema based theories. I am also trained in EMDR. I utilize a combination of approaches to assist individuals struggling with complex and relational trauma, emotional intensity, BPD, anxiety, depression, self esteem concerns, and relationship issues.
