My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel accepted while also being thoughtfully challenged when it supports you. My approach is collaborative and integrative, guided by curiosity, honesty, and ongoing feedback. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem concerns, neurodivergence, legal stressors, and more.
