I work with clients that struggle with disordered eating, body image struggles, substance use issues, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I also see couples hoping to reconnect with one another and get back to the roots of their relationships. Clients who see me generally are looking for a direct, though warm and empathetic, therapist. My clients are seeking support, but also tangible solutions and I’m excited to help them identify those! Therapy should be helpful and you should walk away with a true feeling of progress. I am a weight inclusive, HAES-aligned therapist. I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for clients and I believe that healing is possible always. I am trauma-informed and provide an inclusive space for client's of all identities. I am EMDR trained and have also completed Gottman Level 1 training for working with couples.
