My threshold work focuses on assisting you to skillfully navigate the space between what was and what is yet to be, an often uncomfortable time called ‘liminal space’, when what can become deeply transformative may feel more like a disorienting upheaval. Issues such as depression and anxiety; the changes we encounter because of health, family, or shifts in self-expression, relationships, work, and your unique spiritual connection to this life may all be redefined in the transition.
