Taking the step towards therapy can feel daunting, but it's a powerful move towards change. Finding a therapist who aligns with your needs and is a good fit is crucial for a successful journey. My name is Brooke Rimondi and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have worked professionally in the high school setting, community counseling, and private practice for the past 13 years, supporting adults and teenagers with individual, group, couples, and family counseling. I love working with clients in all walks of life and in all stages of their therapy journey, whether this is their first experience with therapy or if they are an old pro. There are always new things to try and exciting things to discover as we work towards establishing your goals in therapy and what you specifically need from me as your therapist.
