My name is Brooke Schultz, and I provide therapy sessions in person in West Palm Beach as well as virtually throughout Florida. If you’re here, I want to acknowledge how big this step can feel, especially if you’re someone who’s used to holding it together or taking care of everyone else. I work primarily with mothers and first responders (and their families) who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. On the outside, life may look fine, but internally it can feel like your nervous system never shuts off, your mind is constantly racing, or past experiences are showing up in ways you didn't expect.
