Accepting new clients! My name is Brooke, and I am a passionate about working with concerns surrounding anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, trauma, interpersonal/relationship conflict, distress tolerance, and self-esteem. I believe that therapy should be tailored to each client’s needs, and I strive to walk with you through your mental health journey. My goal is to help clients navigate their existence in the world authentically, make meaning of their experiences, and feel empowered to tolerate life’s uncertainties. I value creating and maintaining a safe and warm therapeutic relationship with my clients, rooted in trust, empathy, and curiosity. I recognize the strength and courage it takes to be vulnerable and am committed to providing a space where people can be their authentic selves.
