Welcome to Wildflower Counseling LLC, I am happy you are here. I have learned both professionally and personally that life will continue to happen; the good, the bad, and the mundane. I also know that our experiences do not stop and while we focus so much on these experiences, we forget that it is not always about what happens but what we do or how we think about them. I also know how challenging it can be to walk through life's turmoils and the symptoms created that can take a toll on not only the mind but the body. My goal for client's is to feel more in control, shift perspectives, and release burdens to find healing.
