My ideal client would be an individual that is struggling with a mental health disorder or a real life problem situation. The goal is to assist the individual in processing their feelings utilizing the Strength-Based approach. I provide active listening skills and sound feedback to assist the client to progress through their situation(s). I believe in building a relationship to authenticate real problem solving techniques. I don’t know all the answers but I believe by partnering up with the client we can make significant progress.
