Hi, I’m Leslie. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are women—especially mothers, women of color, and first-generation professionals—who feel burned out, stretched thin, and disconnected from themselves while caring for others. They often want relief from stress, stronger boundaries, deeper connection, and space to process identity shifts while creating balance and emotional clarity in their lives. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I integrate family systems therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, communication, and relational healing. I help clients gain insight, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
