Whether the issue is addictions, depression, relationships or behavior at school, sometimes we get stuck in patterns that prevent us from being healthy and happy. In general, I view the therapeutic process as a means to help my clients get themselves unstuck. I enjoy incorporating your spiritual or religious practice into the therapeutic process, working with different ethnic groups and welcome LGBTQ clients.
