I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with extensive experiencing working with adolescents, emerging adults, couples and parents in school based, community outpatient and higher education settings. I hold a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and a Master of Arts in English from Monmouth University. I currently provide counseling service at Inner Strength Counseling Center in Red Bank. I am passionate about supporting others in achieving their goals to find their inner strength. I support individuals and couples working with anxiety, depression, substance use, mood, personality, attention deficit, trauma disorders, and relationship challenges
