I am passionate about helping people achieve joyful and fulfilled lives. I work with adults, couples, and families regarding various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. I use an eclectic mixture of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral, Psycho-dynamic, and various relational therapies. Over many years, my work has included over 1000 clients (both individuals and couples) with a multitude of psychological issues. I have also led weekly couples relationship workshops as well as periodic communication seminars around the country. (Married with two adult daughters and five grandchildren).
