About
My trauma-informed approach is grounded in my belief that my client's have the capacity to heal. My passion is serving as a partner on my client’s journey towards repairing trauma, and attachment wounds, (emotional scars from disruption/lack of safety in a primary caregiver's response to a child's needs) and slowly walking with client’s on the path to self-love and acceptance; ultimately, a path where you learn to give yourself the same love you desire from others. I offer a unique option to do this work in nature at the Irvine Nature Center.
