Hello! I know how overwhelming it can be to embark on the search for a therapist. I appreciate you considering me. :) I enjoy working with people on neurodivergence, shame, sexuality, gender identity, anxiety, and depression. I am privileged to assist others with improving their self-worth and self-image. I love to assist people with identifying their negative beliefs about themselves and empowering/guiding them to greater self acceptance. I additionally specialize working with caregivers and/or healthcare professionals who are struggling having a separate identity outside of these roles and accepting help for themselves. I offer a relaxed and safe environment where you are comfortable to be your authentic self. I specialize working with young adults and LGBTGIA+ and questioning. Additional areas of interest include emotional regulation, chronic health issues, shame & self-worth, neurodivergence, caregiver fatigue, and professional burnout.
