As we journey through life, even in our most painful moments it can still feel like a huge risk to seek help from a new place. That is why I strive to provide a therapy experience for my clients that honors that risk. An experience where you are able to show up as your authentic self and work towards personal growth alongside someone who is attuned to your thoughts, feelings, and needs. Across my time, I have worked with a wide variety of adults in age and background often struggling with anxiety, depression, family of origin concerns, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach to therapy hinges on creating a strong therapeutic relationship that can serve as a safe haven for clients. From this base of safety, we’ll venture out to understand together the emotional, relational, systemic, and other factors that have contributed to the roots of your current concerns and the cycles and stuck places you may be caught in.
