The fact that you acknowledge your needs and are looking to start therapy is the bravest thing you can do. Although scary at times, your emotional and mental wellbeing are just as important as breathing. Life is filled with many ups and downs. No matter what up or down in your life you are going through, I’m here for you! My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various issues involving anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family dynamics, trauma, and more. I have enjoyed working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Additionally, I come from a family filled with military service members, and veterans are close to my heart.
