I'm a licensed mental health counselor with a unique background in creative writing and competitive sports. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions/phase of life problems, and perfectionism in teens (ages 14-18), young adults (ages 18-24) and adults (ages 24 and up).
