Hi I'm Brynnie (Brin-ee). I'm a pre-licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master's degree from the University of St. Thomas. I have experience working with addiction, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to create a safe environment for you to take up space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It can be a complicated process to adjust to the difficulties life throws at us; and when we are forced to undergo a situation that requires us to demonstrate strength, those times can change how we view the world and keep us from feeling like the person we want to be. My aim is to ease that transition.
