I can help you address the inner blocks that are getting in your way. I am an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 2 trained therapist (through IFSI) and I offer a somatic/body-centered approach. IFS is a non-pathologizing modality. Sometimes, traditional talk therapy does not bring deep healing, noticeable growth, or lasting change.
