I believe that socrates said it best, “the unexamined life is not worth living.” My job is to help you explore and understand the parts within yourself that may be holding you back from living a fulfilling life. By utilizing principles of buddhist psychology with evidence based techniques, I hope to transition my clients to a place of emotional agility and improved quality of life by processing their past experiences, identifying maladaptive patterns, & assisting in developing coping skills. I have experience with working with a variety of populations at different life stages. I am trauma informed, EMDR, & hypnotherapy trained.
