I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I am passionate about helping each individual reach their highest potential by collaboratively working to gain clarity, identify and achieve goals as well as deepen your awareness of what may be preventing you from experiencing happiness, peace and your goals. I am also a firm believer in self-care and utilizing non-judgmental spaces to navigate self-discovery and empowerment through supportive listening, clinical strategies and learning healthy coping skills.
