Hi, my name is Carolyn Montoya. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have had the honor and privilege to work with children, adolescents and adults for much of my career. My ​first job in the field was as a substance use counselor. This significant path in my career illustrated for me ​that vulnerability is brave and holding space for others is delicate and sacred ground. I then transitioned to ​work in school settings, which has been my career home for many years and where pieces of my heart will ​always reside. In addition to my work in the schools, I have worked with adults as a therapist.
