Every one of us hits walls in life. Sometimes they show up as stress, grief, conflict, or old wounds that keep resurfacing. Other times they’re quieter—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. What I’ve learned, both in over 15 years of coaching youth sports and in my work as a counselor, is that people don’t need someone to “fix” them. They need someone who will walk beside them, help them understand what’s getting in the way, and support them as they find their own way through.
