I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults experiencing trauma-related concerns, anxiety, chronic stress, and the effects of prolonged high-pressure roles. Many clients I work with feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected and are seeking greater stability and clarity. My approach is collaborative, structured, and trauma-informed. I am EMDR-trained and focus on emotional regulation, processing difficult experiences at a manageable pace, and building effective coping skills that support daily functioning. All services are provided within the scope of my licensure and ethical guidelines.
