You know your teen has potential-but right now, it feels like they're stuck. Maybe they're avoiding school, losing motivation, failing classes, getting in trouble at school, or avoiding conversations about their future. As a licensed counselor with 15 years of experience, I help teens and young adults stop spinning their wheels and start building a purpose-filled and actionable plan to re-engage with their current commitments (school, work, family) and start engaging in actions to set them up for success in the next steps. Your teen or young adult will be participating in individualized and thoughtful counseling services. I have the experience, expertise, and the passion to help teens and young adults create a path for themselves and experience new-found hope. I specialize in counseling teens/ young adults who present with the following counseling needs: ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use/abuse, and trauma. I have a suite of services that exist to support re-engagement.
