You may be experiencing stressors related to relational conflicts, family of origin challenges, parenting children (esp. with special needs), neurodivergence/ADHD, life transitions or grief and loss. You may be coping with a disability, chronic illness or trauma. I am passionate about collaborating with you to identify your strengths and how you can leverage those in building solutions that are congruent with your values and goals, as well as ways to increase your resilience. If you would like to explore your relationship with substances or how your family system impacts you, I would be honored to support your process. I offer an integrative approach to therapy from a humanistic, emotions-focused and attachment-oriented base, and when it is helpful to you, may incorporate cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, family systems, or other modalities, in addition to Trauma Regulation and Integration Processing (TRIP) for trauma-focused therapy.
