As a neurodivergent person who has also struggled with severe depression and anxiety, I can relate to many individuals in a genuine way and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to help you find your inner resources, build coping skills, and renew a sense of hope and strength. As a gay trans guy I also know what it's like to struggle with finding or expressing your authentic self, and would be honored to be a part of this journey with you.
